Greythorn consultants working on your project are hired as Greythorn employees--meaning you can rest assured they are receiving benefits, and that your HR department isn't overwhelmed handling staffing issues for contract employees.
We take your project and staffing requirements seriously. Because every client is different, we create bespoke policies based around them to ensure they’re achieved. This starts with our onboarding program, during which our consultant care specialists work with consultants to finalize all particular paperwork and documentation in a timely manner, ensure your immunization requirements are met, that background checks are performed, housing and transportation is secured (if required), and that any other details are seamlessly managed.
Greythorn handles all expense policy management for consultants. Our timesheet and expense specialists analyze all submitted documents to ensure they’re in compliance with your policies, and remove all non-business expenses to assure invoicing accuracy.
Within 30 days, Greythorn’s consultant care specialists conduct post-placement reviews, and acts as a liaison between the client and consultants, providing feedback about how the project is progressing and ensuring expectations are being consistently met.
