Business and System Analysts
Essentially the glue of most projects, the Analyst wears many hats; however, the most valuable skill set is the ability to communicate effectively.
Some of the roles we recruit for include, but are not limited to:
- Cross Departmental Requirements gathering and translation from both technical and non technical teams
- Joint Application Design (JAD)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for Tools, Products and processes
- Writing detailed functional and or technical requirements documents which may include the business process flows, software requirements, use cases, business rules and mock-ups
