Our business model is based off of an Account Executive and Recruiter relationship with the following responsibilities:
Account Executive
Account Executives are responsible for canvassing clients to source new jobs and future opportunities, generate new business to build a specialist market and continue to visit and follow up on these clients. This position requires the maintenance of a database of client and candidate opportunities, keeping this database up to date regularly and ensuring the accuracy of information entered. Each AE is required to develop an individual business plan and meet sales targets in line with these plans.
Recruiter
Recruiters are responsible for identifying and attracting top-performing professionals in response to current Greythorn openings as well as on a proactive basis to build a strong candidate pipeline. They work in tandem with Account Executives to prioritize and fill job orders. Recruiters are also responsible for understanding and matching the needs of clients and candidates to provide a quality tailored recruitment service while consistently meeting target. In conjunction with proactively headhunting passive and active candidates, recruiters will perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and write and place advertisements as appropriate.
