Recruiters are responsible for identifying and attracting top-performing professionals in response to current Greythorn openings, as well as on a proactive basis. They work in tandem with Account Executives to prioritize and fill job orders. Opportunities for Senior, Principal and Lead roles are based on performance.
Account executives canvas clients to source new jobs and future opportunities, generate new business to build a specialist market and visit/follow up with these clients. Each AE is also responsible for developing an individual business plan with his/her recruitment partner. Opportunities for Senior, Principal and Lead roles are based on performance.
Manager or Director
A manager drives business leadership and strategy. They are responsible for a practice area while continuing to work with key clients and drive new business for the division. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and is also accountable for team management and key brand value behaviors. Targets vary across Manager and Director positions.
The Managing Director also drives business leadership and strategy, but for the entire brand. This role requires a strong balance of global collaboration and local insight. Managing Directors are considered key stakeholders in the business and are responsible for facilitating the execution of brand behaviors within every team and manager.
